Behind every smooth experience is a messy process.
Designing digital products that make complicated work feel surprisingly simple.
02 / About
Most people see products as finished experiences. I see them as scattered dots waiting to be connected. My journey began in a frontend development internship. Then I realized the work I cared most about wasn't building the thing, it was figuring out what to build and why.
That curiosity led me to product design, where I now help transform complex workflows and business requirements into experiences that feel clear and intuitive.
I approach every project as a translator โ turning messy, complex requirements into experiences that feel inevitable. Not simple for simplicity's sake, but clear, purposeful, and surprisingly easy to use.
Good design doesn't announce itself. It just works โ and when it does, users never have to think about why.

Listen Before Designing
I start by understanding the real problem โ not the stated one. User interviews, stakeholder sessions, and existing data help me build a complete picture before a single wireframe is drawn.
Find the Pattern
From all that input, I distill the signal from the noise. What's the core tension? What's the one thing that, if solved well, makes everything else easier?
Explore, Then Converge
I explore broadly โ sketches, flows, quick prototypes โ then converge on solutions that are both user-centered and technically feasible. Iteration is built into the process, not bolted on at the end.
Ship with Confidence
Final designs are validated, documented, and handed off with enough context that engineering can move fast without guessing. I stay close through implementation to ensure fidelity.
Staff manually activated every scoreboard โ a process riddled with scheduling conflicts and payment dead-ends. I redesigned the entire flow into an integrated B2B & B2C booking ecosystem that eliminated human error from court reservations entirely.
East Kalimantan had no dedicated tourism platform โ travelers relied on friends and social media. I led UX research and design to unify attractions, itinerary planning, accommodation, and community guides into one seamless experience.
A fintech product was shipping features on top of a broken foundation โ colors hardcoded, components duplicated 3โ5ร, zero state coverage. I rebuilt the entire token architecture and delivered 30+ components without pausing the roadmap.
My Capabilities
One designer, the full process โ from messy requirements to shipped interfaces. No handoff gaps, no diluted vision, just a clear line from problem to product.
